Trainer Needed For 1 Dog In McAllen

Good afternoon, I have a male chihuahua that is 7 years old. I'm having behavioral issues and he tends to urinate on everything that is new furniture/ items left on the floor. I plan on moving to an apartment and would love for him to interact with strangers and other animals.
