Joey is my oldest cat; he's around 2 years old, and he can get anxious easily, especially around new people and environments, but with gentleness, he can settle in pretty well. He is litter trained, and I'd love it if he had at least 20 minutes of outside or playtime in a day. As mentioned, Joey does like to go outside, and so letting him out in the backyard with supervision is a nice way to get his energy out. He's pretty simple and can take care of himself well. However, he can get a little feisty when it comes to grooming. My other cat is Simon. He's around 9 months old and energetic, so he will need a good bit of playtime as well. Simon is pretty social and doesn't have the hardest time adjusting. I'm sure he'll get a little anxious, though. He can also be a troublemaker and might poop where he shouldn't so please be patient with him!
