Carson is a 4-year-old Pomeranian with severe separate anxiety. I rescued him a little over a year ago. He takes Fluoxetine one time a day and has prescribed dog food. I need someone who is patient and can stay at home with him most of the time. In addition, I would like a fenced in backyard. He does need to be on a leash at all times.
