Looking For A Experienced Cat Groomer For My Senior Cat In Rome

My cat is 13 years old and gets startled easily because her vision isn't to good. This would be her first time getting groomed so I'm unsure how she will behave. I know if I try to brush her she only lets me get two strokes of the brush on her and she has hissed and swatted at me but the swat wasn't bad at all she gasps for air as if she can't breathe after she hisses. I just pet her back and tell her it's ok. she is a VERY sweet, affectionate, and good cat. I have been meaning to get her groomed for a while now but my health took a turn for the worst and was told I could never work again. So financially it's been hard on me and that's why I haven't been able to do it. I am available afternoons and evenings on most days. She has very long hair, matted in some areas, she needs a bath, needs a short haircut, nails trimmed and teeth brushed.
