17-year-old female Havanese around 13 pounds with health issues. Trouble walking (hind leg unstable and butt falls down) & has breathing/coughing issues. Needs meds. Has accidents often (mostly pee), so will need to be cleaned if she falls in it. Also mostly deaf and barks a lot.
