Groomer Needed For 1 Cat In Brooklyn

Ned is a longhair male that needs a regular haircut and his nails clipped. I also have a female, Seva that will need her nails done as well, but that's down the road a bit. Ned has had an emergency haircut due to matting, but since then, I've brush him once a day (no clumps).
