Looking For A Pet Sitter For 1 Cat In Jersey City

Looking for a cat sitter to board one super sweet cat, for about a week and a half, the expected dates are 13-25 of May. The sitter should be good with cats, and able to feed and change litter over the course of this time. I would provide all the supplies needed. Also hoping the sitter would not smoke around the cat, play with her, snuggle with her (she is very affectionate), and be conscientious of their home and surroundings, keeping doors and windows closed, as she is an indoor only cat, and keeping toxic trash or food away from her. She is good with other pets, however I'd prefer a sitter with no other pets around. Also hoping for daily updates and pictures/videos of interactions with her. Because it's boarding I do not plan to pay by the hour, I'm thinking $40 a day, but willing to negotiate.
