Walker Needed For 1 Dog In Apex For A Larger Dog

I'm looking for a great walker for 1 dog. Walking my pet(s) is required. Older couple, disabled who can't give our larger dog the exercise that she needs. We used to be able to, but it's hard now. There is a pond that our apartment faces. We're looking for someone who would spend about an hour three times a week, walking our dog and playing with her on leash. You don't have to stay on the pond, but we're looking for some really long walks that will wear her out.
