Walker Needed For 1 Dog In Saint Cloud

I'm looking for a great walker for 1 German Shepherd dog. Walking my pet(s) is required. He walks nice on the leash but is reactive if he sees another dog. Also he is a little weary of strangers so I won't let people come up to him and pet him.
