Seeking A Dog Trainer For Two Cocker Spaniels

Hi! My partner and I are looking for a trainer to train our two lovely dogs Riley(8) and Oliver(8). They're Cocker Spaniels, we're moving out in June 1 and we want to walk train them, off leash walk, and also potty train if possible. They bark a lot to people and other dogs during the walk and also pull a lot. I wanna fix this behavior. They were initially my partner's dogs and that's why I'm looking for someone right now.
