Walker Needed For 2 Dogs In Birmingham

We have a 13-year-old mixed small breed and a 4-year-old mixed who has more energy. The older one is good for about 20 minutes and the younger one a good 45 minutes. I just had knee surgery and cannot walk the dogs. Thanks
