We have a beautiful springer spaniel and we are looking for someone to leave him with a couple times a year for us to take vacation/ visit out of town family. He can be reactive on occasion as he gets nervous from time to time. We understand his triggers so its easy for us to live with him by avoiding them. Essentially, he doesnt like to be smothered (claustrophobic) and if he approaches you youre fine to let, but he can sometimes get nervous if approached too quickly. He also takes some meds but we wrap in cheese so thats easy. He is 3 1/2 so he sleeps most of the day. He would need to have no other pets around or children would not be smart as they may not understand how to approach/ read him.
