I have a year old shih-tzu we have tried taking him to a vet but they won't accept him because he isn't too good with strangers so he's a bit aggressive. We have tried to cut his hair but it's just really hard for us to since we aren't sure how to. We would like to cut it all as short as possible because it is very matted.
