Bernie is a black lab (his father was a Golden Retriever) he weighs 114 lbs., is eight and a half years old, and is very sweet with strangers as well as his many friends in the neighborhood. He has skin allergies and is fed a special medical diet. He gets one long walk (45 minutes) every morning and sleeps most of the rest of the day and night. He is good with children as with cats (we have one). However, he is not fixed and exhibits some aggression toward other large male dogs.
