Carter is a 14-year-old, black and white, short hair terrier, going on 2 years old. Very frickey. Needs to be walked twice a day, but has a large privacy fenced in back yard. I am going in for surgery inOctober for a day or so. Will require a responsible pet care giver with references to live in the house at this time.
