Pup needs to go out and be fed in the morning and evening - is allowed anywhere in the house. The two cats cannot be near each other and have their own space. They need to stay separate at all times, the bigger one will attack/hurt the smaller one. They have their own litter water food etc in their rooms and can be fed once in the morning and they graze through the day.
