About a month ago we adopted two 6-month-old kittens. While in foster care one kitten was injured prior to their adoption so we brought him to vet for MRI & discovered a thoracic spine fracture. He is currently in a splint, goes to the bathroom on his own but cannot stand to enter litter box or walk. He has limited mobility and lack of strength in both lower legs. We are looking for someone who would be able to care for and rehab our little buddy Astra for the first few weeks of his recovery after being discharged from the vet. He is loving and affectionate. We are looking to find the right person who is willing to give meds and PT but we are open to other modalities of care. We are hoping to find a boarding situation, but open to visiting assistance in our own home.
