We have a 13-year-old 60 lb dog and a 4-year-old 35 lb dog. They both love walks. The older one is slower he still likes to go. We try to walk them at least a half hour in the morning and 15 minutes after dinner. We would be more comfortable having someone in our home. We leave the dog door open all day and the dogs usually just hang out on the porch even when the sitter is working. We want someone who can give them attention, walks, play ball and keep them on their schedule as close as possible. They are well behaved and follow commands. The older dog is a bit hard of hearing but responds to basic hand signals. They are sweet and loving.
