Closed trash cans are recommended because he can get into fully opened trash cans. Hes potty trained as long as hes let out in a healthy manner. Hes a sweet dog. He is just scared during first meeting, but he doesnt bite.. usually a treat, even cheese, can lighten his mood and get him to trust you.
