Walker Needed For 1 Dog In Foley

I am trying to arrange dog-walking services for my elderly parents' 80 lb dog. My father was doing the walking but he recently fell on the ice and hurt his arm. The dog is sweet but tends to pull when walking. I think my parents can manage taking him out in the yard first thing, at midday, and before bed but I think we need someone to give him a good walk in the neighborhood in the morning and late afternoon.
