It is a three story house and I'd like it cleaned to be ready to paint so it can be listed with a realtor. There is no carpet in any room of the house. The top 2 floors wood laminate flooring and the basement is tile flooring. The wood furnishings in the house need cleaned including kitchen cabinets in the basement. I have no objections to anyone bringing their own cleaning supplies and equipment as long as it is approved before it's used.
