Our vacation home is a two story 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom container home. It is rented most weekends during the summer months, and we try to allow for a 2 day window in between renters. We're looking for someone to do a thorough clean in between renters- sweep, vacuum, mop, sanitize. Bedroom linens will need to be changed and washed, along with bath and beach towels. Restocking of consumable supplies- toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods. Dishwasher will need to be unloaded, outside furniture may need to be straightened or stacked up. Every renters' stay is different so there wouldn't be a set schedule, so flexibility of the schedule is needed. The home is a new build and the views are spectacular- makes for a beautiful way to spend a few hours. Thanks for reaching out!
