I am retired and have a very flexible schedule. This is a second floor unit in an older building, about 800 square feet. Want windows done inside and out, inside of fridge, dusting everything, including floors (all wood, but vinyl tile in kitchen, ceramic tile in bathroom,) and major work on bathroom (tub, and in-tub shower).
