Hello! We are seeking a dependable, thorough cleaner. We hope your references refer to you as reliable and trusted. The house is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a garage set up as an event space that may or may not need cleaning (depending on if the guests use the space or not). Since this is a rental, the schedule varies, and as the owner of the home, I will be in frequent contact with you regarding dates a cleaning is needed. The cleaning will include tasks such as flipping the beds (washing bed sheets), kitchen cleaning (including refrigerator, oven and microwave), bathroom cleaning, tidying up bedrooms, vacuuming and mopping. We have all the cleaning supplies. This job may take about 4-5 hours. We can pay via online : $140/cleaning + $20 extra for the garage if needed. Thank you for considering!
