Family Looking For Recurring House Cleaning

We are looking for house cleaning help every other week on Thursdays (Wednesdays also an option). We are a busy family of 3 with a toddler and no pets. We work hard to keep our home clean so "deep cleaning" would not be regularly required. You would not be responsible for tidying our spaces, just routine cleaning such as vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Our routine cleaning took our former house cleaner (1 person) about 3 hours to complete. I would prefer to pay an hourly rate instead of a flat fee, because I may occasionally ask for other tasks to be completed on top of the routine cleaning. I can provide a detailed list of our routine cleaning requests to those interested. When responding please provide your hourly rate. Thank you!
