Hi there, seeking a housekeeper / home manager for a vacation rental property in Seattle proper. Its a 3-story 2 bed 2 bath 1300 sq ft new construction townhome in central district. Winters are slow and require 2-3 cleanings per month but give an opportunity for a deeper clean, summers are quite busy with 1-2 cleans per week and can require quick turns to accommodate guests checking in and out on the same day. Check out is 11 a.m. and check in is 3pm, need to change linens, do laundry, dishes and quick damage inspection. Its a great job in a great home with designer appliances to support you. All supplies included, a supplies allowance could also be discussed. How far do you live from capital hill / central district area?
