Looking For A Housekeeper

Hello! We are looking for a housekeeper 3 hours daily for the following tasks: -kitchen/dining room cleanup after breakfast -putting away kids toys and supplies -laundry (running, folding, putting away) -meal prep for dinner -errands including grocery shopping -walk the dog (16-year-old miniature poodle, who is very docile and sweet) -light housekeeping as necessary We have three kids (5, 8 and 10) and a small dog, and both parents work full time. We have a nanny from 2-5pm, but need someone responsible and good-natured who takes initiative and works efficiently. Ideally-but not required- we are looking for someone who is also good with kids and can be a backup nanny, as our nanny teaches at a preschool in the mornings. We would also be interest in occasional evening babysitting.
