It is a 3-bedroom house but one is my home office (not to touch) and an unused guest bedroom. I still said 2 bedrooms because there is a loft/landing, and my Primary Bedroom I counted. 2. 5 bathrooms and I notated laundry but really, I only meant folding and putting away. No need to do the actual laundry. Also said carpet cleaning and I said no but certainly regular vacuuming please.
