We have an condo. In the summer there could be a few cleanings a week. In the winter, once a week usually. There is a 4 houe window from 11:00-3:00 to clean and we provide all of the cleaning and restock supplies. We come down to make sure all is running smoothly regularly and get great ratings with a lovely space. Never a cleaning on Sunday, occasionally a Saturday, but most all are weekdays. We pay $80 flat rate, it usually takes 2 hours to clean, and less sometimes.
