Just my husband an I live here though it's a big house on the water in Gig Harbor. The main level is the primary concern with the unused bedrooms only needing easy upkeep no linen changes in those except maybe a few times a year when family is here. We just remodeled 3 main bathrooms. So they are brand new -in fact the project is not done yet. I'd like someone who pays attention to detail and is fussy about their work. The job requires about 6 hours. I'm guessing start date beginning of May.
