Lynchburg older couple home needs a bi-weekly house cleaner. My mom has some health trouble as of recently. It's just 2 of them, no pets. House is well maintained, 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 unused guest bed/bath rarely used. Do you give flat rates or hourly rates every 2 weeks? They need: Kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors. My mom may prefer to use her vacuums (she has many that are maintained) and from time to time baseboards, blinds. General Room dusting. Basement is finished, small. She might want 1 bed changed.
