We have a 900sqft cabin with a loft that we are going to list on rental. We need a regular cleaner to come sanitize, change & launder linens, remove trash, and keep cobwebs/dust at bay after each stay. We wish to negotiate a flat rate for each turnover, as well as a flat rate for a semi-monthly deep clean.
