About the job
We are a couple aged 71 and 74 and are looking for housekeeping assistance. We are now at the point where we now need to focus on physical therapy exercises rather than doing housework. We live in a house sized 1144 square feet with an unfinished basement. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The basement only needs sweeping over the large part of the basement floor and vacuuming near the back door, the laundry area, and the stairs. We are looking for someone who is dependable and communicates well regarding cleaning dates and related. We will hire you as a household employee by doing withholding, matching FICA, E-Verify, and related IRS forms and form filing. We will have in place, before you start, a policy for insurance. We are asking for an introductory meeting where you can provide an estimate.
