Weekly House Cleaning Needed!

We are looking for someone who can come every week for 2-3 hours and clean our house thoroughly and reliably . We need someone who can be flexible with days due to our shift work schedule. Our home is about 3000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the kitchen (including microwave, oven), cleaning the bathrooms and clean windows (can be 2-3 windows per week). We are looking for someone who is reliable and thorough and also flexible with the schedule as we cannot do the same day every week due to my husbands shift work. You will need your own transportation and there is parking in the driveway We have two small dogs. A Yorkie and a mixed terrier. They are both senior dogs who mainly just like to sleep
