Looking For Professional Housekeeper .

We are looking for an individual housekeeper who can come 2x a week for a 2-hour visit each time. We have a large home and prefer to work with someone who can build a system to rotate through rooms/tasks and exercise judgment about what needs cleaning. Not every room needs cleaning on every visit. We prefer a fast, unobtrusive approach from someone with sound judgment, e. g. Mondays - floors (vacuum/mop) and surfaces, Thursday - bathrooms, kitchen, laundry. Or Mondays - living/ground floor, Thursdays - bedroom floor. Etc.
