Tenant Move Out; Need Springs cleaning, plus some cleaning of grime on walls. No carpet cleaning, as carpets are being replaced due to animals. I am guessing its 15+ hours of work. Flexible on days and time frame, however I will be out of town from 3/29/ to 4/11.
