Weekly Reoccurring Cleaning Job + Organization Help

I'm looking for someone who can come weekly to tidy and clean my home and help let my dogs outside if needed. Also, I am moving to a different house in the area by the end of January. I am looking to hire someone (beyond standard weekly cleaning) to help organize and pack my home for moving. Several things will be in storage, so I hope to have them packed both for long-term storage and made easily identifiable through organization and labeling. Helping to pack would include several extra hours in January. Then, in February and beyond, it would return to regular weekly/bi-weekly cleaning and pet help. I'm looking for someone who can help to make my life easier through this month and the ones to follow. Thanks so much!
