Consistent Cleaning Job, Need ASAP

I am a newly single working mom and I can't keep up with the mess. I need consistency, flexibility and initiative. I just moved so if you want to tackle organization I'd pay on top of housekeeping. I'm flexible just put random times, I need it during the week between 8am-5pm(ending) Small 2B2B home, I need outside swept and upkept as well. It's pretty small. Washing dishes, putting them away correctly, dusting, sweeping, mopping is a must, window cleaning, laundry is negotiable but preferably yes. Need about 2-3x a week depending on how well you clean.
