Small Office Cleaning Wilderness Oak

We have 2 small private office spaces. 90 sf one: table, small lounge zone with a chair). You don't need to clean a WC. we need to clean it 3 times per week in the early morning or in the evening time - we can be flexible.. it can be 2-3 offices by one time. but I'm more then sure that it would be less than 1 hour. We check it by ourselves. The main tasks are: taking out the trash, wiping down the desk, and vacuuming the floor. That's all.
