We are looking for a house keeper. We'd prefer our house keeper to bring equipment/cleaning supplies but will provide if necessary. Scope of work 2 bed / 2 Office 2 bathroom Living room / Dinning room Kitchen Laundry Start Date: ASAP End Date: Aug 09, 2025 This position requires 20 hr week M - F preferably five 4-hr days between 730 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Compensation for 20 hour work week will be a 1B/1BA apartment within 78209. All bills included. No hourly wage included in contract. Strict 10 month contract as lease will not be renewed after 10 months is over. The apartment occupancy limit is 1 adult. Apartment details. 1BD 1BA | 712 sqft Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher/Fridge/Balcony 2nd story unit (no unit above). Pool/Gym Family description: We're a family of 4. 2 boys in Pre-K and 2nd grade. Wife and I both work from home.
