One Day A Week Housekeeper Desired In Stone Oak

Our home is a two-story at the end of a cul-de-sac in a cove. It is a little over 3000 square feet with four bedrooms upstairs and a master bedroom downstairs. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms that will need to be cleaned the master bathroom, and there is a toilet plus sink off the side of the kitchen downstairs and a full bath upstairs. My wife recently had surgery and we need help with keeping the house in order, cleaned and organized. Kitchen, bathrooms, floor, living room, light, dusting, the staircase, and some vacuuming of carpeted areas and rugs would be very helpful. Downstairs is hardwood floor throughout the house except for a rug that is in the master bedroom. Upstairs is only hardwood floors in the common game room areas. All the upstairs areas are carpeted. It would be helpful to have those vacuumed once a week. There are three of us in the house: myself, my wife, and our adult son who will be deploying to a new Army base in November, which means there will be only two of us. There may be an opportunity to have someone more than one day after he leaves to help clean up, organize and re-engineer how the house will function and look. We figure once a week would be sufficient to have this help augment cleaning and upkeep. We are looking for someone who can show up, and assess what needs to be done, and have the initiative and start working immediately on the areas that need work. Being trustworthy and dependable goes without saying. Also, the person should be OK with pets as our cats run free in the house and they are part of the family. We do have family and friends that are allergic so we just wanted to mention that.
