The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, reliable, mature, a multi-tasker, and a clear communicator. With over 13, 000 sq. ft. to clean, close to full-time is needed to complete tasks. Please read, not a light-cleaning position. Tasks: Laundry, Bathroom + showers, Vacuuming, mopping, kitchen cleaning, dusting, changing bed linens, cabinets, interior windows, mopping garage floors, organizing, gift wrapping @ holidays and birthdays, create seasonal monthly projects, keep inventory of cleaning products. Equally important to experience is a positive, can-do attitude. Our team dives into tasks without hesitation and expects the same of this role. Background check will be conducted. Scheduling is flex - M-F 25-40 hours per week
