Meticulous And Efficient Housekeeper For Monthly Deep Cleaning

Once a month deep cleaning. Main focus: Dusting, bathrooms, kitchen countertops/surfaces, and vacuuming/mopping floors. May include - helping put away items/organization, changing out linens on beds, cleaning baseboards/cabinets, etc. We have two dogs that shed, so it would be important to get into corners to get rid of the remnants of fur. Occasionally: cleaning the couches - pulling the cushions off and vacuuming underneath. There are two couches - one upstairs and one downstairs. The person hired will have/be the following: - Reliable transportation - Strong time management skills - Good and frequent communication - Independent worker who takes the initiative and needs little direction - Very meticulous and thorough - Receptive to feedback - Able to walk upstairs - Is comfortable with large dogs
