About the job
My house is two stories and 2166 square feet. It's in good condition - no junk, easy to move around. Almost no carpet, some empty bedrooms. I have one toy-sized (8 lb) dog. I will provide cleaning supplies. SCHEDULE: I like Mondays and Fridays, but I can sometimes be flexible for other weekdays. (Daytime hours only.) PAY: Hourly at first. If we decide to continue monthly, we can discuss a per-job rate (if you want to). JOB DESCRIPTION: Clean kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, family rooms Clean windows (just the inside) - glass, frames, blinds Dust furniture, light fixtures, ceiling fans, baseboards Dry-mop wood laminate floors Wet-mop vinyl and tile floors Vacuum stairs (the only carpet in the house) Wash, hang and fold laundry Change bed linens (only 1 or 2 beds) ABOUT ME: I'm 50-ish and work at home.
