The house is a three story so they will have to be able to walk up steps and probably carry a vacuum, possibly up and down the steps. Otherwise basic small bathrooms so just the floors, sinks, and laundry and changing a beds probably biweekly need to be done. Otherwise really simple place and would like to start this Thursday coming up willing to pay $30 an hour, but will go up if needed for the first cleaning for sure.
