About the job
We are looking for an estimate for a one time move in clean (after we purchase the property). There are two manufactured homes that total 3, 200 square feet. Both homes will be empty but the appliances will stay & will need to be cleaned. Not worried about the flooring since it will be replaced. We would like windows wiped down (including window sills), doors & moldings wiped down, DEEP clean bathrooms & kitchens, vacuum vents, and mop any tiles and wood floors. The carpeting will be removed so no cleaning needed. We hope to have all garbage removed but the previous owners may leave things behind so we will need someone to be comfortable placing items on the porch for dumping (we will handle that).
