Apartment Cleaning For rental

We are looking for someone dependable & trustworthy to clean our new rental in Frisco, TX. We are seasoned hosts with other properties in 2 other states. We will be living in the apartment for 2 weeks out of the year and rent it on rental for the remainder of the month. Duties include washing towels & linens, re-making the bed with clean linens, washing the bathroom, wiping down the kitchen, vacuuming & moping the floors and tidying up as necessary. A turnover in a property this small should only take about 2 hours or less, depending on laundry. The schedule will vary depending on the booking. For same day turnovers it will be between the hours of 11am-4 p.m. Please message me if you are interested. I look forward to talking with you!
