I've been ill for a while. Everyone says "do what you can and leave the rest for tomorrow". Tomorrow Never Comes! What I'm expecting is floors (sweep/mop/vacuum), bathroom, mirrors, change bedding, dust. On regular bases. Some deep cleaning will have to happen to get there.
