Around 1100 sq ft Unit is the second floor of a duplex. Must be able to navigate stairs to access our unit. Looking for an initial deep clean, then recurring cleans once every week or two. Ability to do laundry and ironing a big plus. Parking available We have one cat, long haired and skittish. She will likely hide during cleanings. Would love her litter box cleaned; we use litter bags so it's similar to taking out the trash.
