2300 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms and 2. 5 bathrooms. There is a screened in patio as well. We are waiting on most of our stuff to be delivered from storage and overseas so we don't have much equipment at present (some cleaners and mop and a broom). Dusting, floor cleaning (vacuum, mop) bathroom cleaning, kitchen (fridge, oven and cabinet interiors) once per month. Be thorough, have own equipment, be on time. Have a car, we have parking either in driveway or close to the house. No pets at present just humans.
